This page is the web account-deletion URL for MediFoodCheck. You can use it from your browser to permanently remove your account and cancel any active subscription before the account is deleted.
Permanent deletion
Deleting your account removes your login, saved medications, allergies, profile preferences, and scan history.
- Any active Stripe subscription is canceled before your account is deleted.
- Your scan history and account-linked app data are permanently removed.
- This action cannot be undone.
